The Customer is Always Right...?!

How would you reply to a customer who tells you that they will write a bad review online if you charge them for the meal they have just eaten?

Have review's gone too far?  Blackmail is alive and well in the UK.

My advice, stand up for your product/service.  Faults may be found but so will Fraud.
